Our children’s ministry cares for infants – 5th graders
The role of Children’s Ministry is vital to the growth of the mission and vision of The Single Mom KC. TSMKC Children’s Ministry strives to provide a two-generation approach by equipping children toward healing and restoration alongside their mothers.
TSMKC Children’s Ministry:
- Will provide a loving and safe environment for children while moms attend TSMKC programs and events.
- Creates an atmosphere for family restoration and healing to happen.
- Provides spiritual and practical guidance for children and their mothers.
How The Single Mom KC empowers children
- TSMKC has developed a unique curriculum that supports children through active movement, engaging lessons, and encouraging words and concepts.

Provided childcare
Childcare and children’s programs are provided at all The Single Mom KC workshops, events, and at the Clothed with Dignity Boutique.
Parenting Workshops
Parenting is tough under any circumstances but doing it on your own is especially difficult. The Single Mom KC offers occasional parenting workshops and classes to equip moms in practical parenting skills.
