At The Single Mom KC, we understand how overwhelming and difficult it can feel to face housing challenges. While we care deeply about walking alongside single mothers, we do not provide or manage housing ourselves.

What we can do is connect you with community partners and local organizations that specialize in housing support. You are not alone, and we are here to encourage you and help point you toward resources (many of them listed below) that may meet your immediate needs.

How the Hope Ambassador program empowers single moms

The Hope Ambassador program is designed to support single moms in crisis by guiding them through the overwhelming number of local resources available in the Kansas City metro area. Our dedicated team of trained volunteers, known as Hope Ambassadors, provide personalized, one-on-one assistance to help mothers find the right support for their unique needs through a curated list of trusted resources.

Acting as a bridge between single moms and essential services, Hope Ambassadors work to remove barriers and provide encouragement during challenging times. In addition to personalized support, participating moms will also have access to the Clothed with Dignity Boutique, TSMKC workshops and ongoing programs to further enhance their journeys toward a thriving future.
