RAISING VICTORIOUS KIDS & FAMILY FUN IN THE SUN
A victim's mindset is an unhealthy, self-destructive attitude and can cause children to have a hard time handling life circumstance. Children often say: 'they made me feel this way,' 'I couldn't help it,' or 'it's not my fault.' Life is full of hardship, failure, rejection, and disappointment. This workshop will provide tips on how to raise your child to learn to take personal responsibility for the way they think, feel, and behave, in order to live their life victoriously.

In addition to our main session, moms will select two out of three Breakout Sessions to attend:
  • From Boys to Men, Raising Sons as a Single Mom: Back by popular demand, Pastor Brian Goines will offer tools for moms to raise responsible men of integrity and offer guidance for how young men can navigate the difficult times we are living in.
  • Navigating Co-Parenting: Communication can be extremely difficult with a co-parent, and your kids are watching. This session will provide strategies to set healthy boundaries and ways to communicate.
  • Family Teamwork: Learn strategies and techniques to engage your children to work together as a family, learn to do chores, and contribute together as a family team. This workshop is for parents of littles through teen years.
There will be a hotdog lunch, shaved ice by Snow & Roast Mobile Cafe, games and activity stations, a water slide, bounce house, and so much more!!
PLEASE BRING: Blankets or chairs for your family and towels (to dry from water slide, if desired)
No cost for either part of the event, but donations are always welcome!
